Working Within Your Budget
At Urge Events, we understand the value of your dollar and strive to give you the most for it. We aggressively research new and more cost-effective options for your promotion in addition to using our tried-and-true techniques we know will work for you.
If you already have a set budget in mind, we will build a promotion to fit within that budget. If you have more flexibility, we can present concepts with varying budgets and let you choose which will work best for you. Then you can mix and match, remove something, add something else. The options can be limitless! But we want you to see your options without overwhelming you. So each budget we create will be presented in a simple, straight-forward proposal.
You’ll find pricing at Urge Events is quite competitive, and we’re always up front with your costs and exactly what those costs will cover. Our experience allows us to anticipate costs that others may not, and you’ll know those right from the start of the project. In those instances when additional, unforeseen charges do arise, we’ll immediately make you aware and work with you to help make the right decision for your promotion.
